About

I've spent 20+ years in workforce and economic development, focused on expanding opportunity for people who've been systematically left out. I'm drawn to complex problems — understanding why systems work the way they do, why programs succeed or fail, and turning that learning into something practitioners and policymakers can actually use. That's taken me through D.C. workforce policy, community college and labor market alignment, and most recently, the rapidly shifting terrain of AI and the future of work.

How I Help

Strategy & Systems Design

I help organizations identify what's driving a problem, where the leverage points are, and what a coherent strategy to address it looks like.

Research, Learning & Knowledge Production

I design learning agendas, synthesize evidence from implementation, and translate findings into products practitioners and funders can use.

Program Design & Implementation

I design workforce and economic opportunity programs from concept through launch, and help partners strengthen quality and outcomes over time.

Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation

I bring together government, funders, employers, and community partners to build shared understanding and move toward action.

Professional Engagement

  • AI Upskilling Advisory Council Member Maryland Governor's Workforce Development Board
  • Senior Workforce Expert Jabi Consulting

Let's Work Together

I work with organizations — US nonprofits, government agencies, and philanthropies, plus international development groups — building programs that increase economic opportunity. I take on a limited number of consulting engagements each year, and if you could use a strategic partner, I'd love to hear from you.
