I've spent 20+ years in workforce and economic development, focused on expanding opportunity for people who've been systematically left out. I'm drawn to complex problems — understanding why systems work the way they do, why programs succeed or fail, and turning that learning into something practitioners and policymakers can actually use. That's taken me through D.C. workforce policy, community college and labor market alignment, and most recently, the rapidly shifting terrain of AI and the future of work.
I help organizations identify what's driving a problem, where the leverage points are, and what a coherent strategy to address it looks like.
I design learning agendas, synthesize evidence from implementation, and translate findings into products practitioners and funders can use.
I design workforce and economic opportunity programs from concept through launch, and help partners strengthen quality and outcomes over time.
I bring together government, funders, employers, and community partners to build shared understanding and move toward action.
Co-authored this guidebook for community college leaders on building responsive programs tied to regional labor market needs. Based on site visits, interviews, and data reviews across multiple institutions.

Co-authored this case study on MENA-YES, a three-year, $4.5M initiative that prepared over 2,050 disadvantaged youth in Jordan, Lebanon, and Yemen for the labor market through employer partnerships and demand-driven training.
